LW Advantage Advertising provides an AI-powered, multilingual advertising platform that handles culturally native creative, AI video generation, multi-network publishing, and competitor / industry intelligence in a single transparent package.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Pricing and Billing

LW Advantage Advertising sells campaigns at a single all-inclusive price. That price covers creative generation, AI video production, industry and competitor analysis reports, culturally native localization, and multi-network publishing. There are no subscriptions, seat fees, paywalls, or hidden add-ons inside the product.

All billing is handled externally by the founder. The Service itself does not process payments and never stores credit card information. Invoices and payment terms are arranged directly between you and LW Advantage Advertising outside of the product.

We reserve the right to adjust the pricing model with reasonable advance notice. Any change applies prospectively to campaigns launched after the notice period.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create passes that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate the privacy rights of others
